BBC Upload Festival

The Upload Festival is a virtual festival showcasing comedy and writing (of all kinds) on air across BBC Local Radio and online, from Saturday 1st to Sunday 2nd May 2021. You could feature on BBC iPlayer; hear yourselves on BBC Radio where you live and also in two live Upload Festival shows on BBC Sounds.

All you need to do to be considered is upload either video or audio of your comedy, poetry, sketch, fiction, spoken word, vlogs, any kind of comedy or drama writing. Saturday night will be the Comedy Tent and on Sunday night the virtual Writers’ Tent will showcase writing of all kinds.
