Soho Theatre Labs

Applications for the Autumn 2022 Soho Theatre Labs are now open! These include Comedy Labs, the Cabaret & Drag Lab and Writers’ Labs.

Please note that there are fees to take part in this course, though there are bursaries available.

Soho Theatre Labs are for all creatives, led by working theatre professionals, writers, comedians and members of the Soho Theatre team. They’re designed to support and empower creatives in their playwriting, comedy or cabaret skills, in a creative and friendly environment.

The 2022 Comedy Labs are:

• Stand Up Lab – for complete beginners. Total newbies. Absolute rookies.
• Sketch Lab – for anyone who wants to give sketch a go. Lots of collaborative practical work focused on writing and performing together.
• Comedy Lab Plus – for people who have been gigging on the circuit for a while, have done around 30+ gigs.

Applications close at 5pm on 1st August 2022.
