Everyone experiences humour. It’s the most uniquely human trait.
It will survive a pandemic, a recession, a technological revolution. As long as there are people there will be comedy.
And everyone has their own unique stories to tell.
Comedy shouldn’t just be about the same old faces in slightly modified formats. True creativity comes from breaking the mould, challenging preconceptions and giving new ideas a chance.
So why is comedy produced with just a handful of tried and tested people?
Our mission is to empower everyone to make comedy. This brings variety and originality (and laughs too).
There are so many talented creators with original comedy ideas, and at The Comedy Crowd we embrace them.
Traditional studios work with a handful of creators. We work with over 9000 and growing.
We believe in empowering independent comedy creators to show the funny side of life.
