The Pleasance Comedy Reserve is once again open for applications!

The scheme offers huge support for new comedy talent to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe. Since their conception in 2004, they have hosted some now household names in comedy – Roisin Conaty, Jack Whitehall and Lou Sanders to name but a few.

From their website:

The Charlie Hartill Special Reserve is a designated fund towards the production costs of bringing selected projects to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, established in 2004 in memory of Charlie Hartill. The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support in the form of an investment so that the writers, directors, technicians, producers and performers of the future might have an opportunity to hone their talents.

So, for all you up-and-coming comedians out there who are looking to get your work seen, head over to The Pleasance and give it your best shot!
