Pigeon Laughs International Short Comedy Film Festival

Are you a comedy filmmaker or content creator with a passion to make people laugh?

Submit your funny (under 5 min) shorts to PIGEON LAUGHS INTERNATIONAL SHORT COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL. The festival is seeking submissions from the most inventive and (of course) funniest creatives from all over the world.

THE COMEDY CROWD is supporting the SHORT SKETCH category and is looking forward to judging your funny shorts along with an industry panel of judges that will comprise the festival.

PLISCFF is taking place in Cardiff on June 1st-2nd 2023 and expect some exciting events such as a Networking event, Comedy film programme showcases and more!

Applications to the festival close on 11th May 2023.

Speakers announced: Welsh Comedy Writer and Performer Gareth Gwynn and Comedy Producer Phillip Moss have been confirmed as speakers at the festival, preceding the screening on June 2nd.
